ERIC PAUL On November 1, 2010, Eric passed on, suddenly and quietly at home. Eric is survived by his wife of 57 years, Sheila; his children, Graham (Susan), David, Christine (David); his grandchildren, Lianne, Chloe, Danny, Mark, Darren, Matt, Jessica; his great-grandchildren, Jaden and Jack. He also leaves behind two sisters, Joan and Gwen. Eric was born July 1, 1928 in Beckenham, Kent, England. Dad was very proud to have served in the fire brigade during the Second World War as the youngest ever to have done so. He was a plumber and x-ray welder by trade. Dad did like to move around, in 1958 the family immigrated to Australia, then in 1968 moved back to England, if that wasn't enough, in 2003 Eric and his wife Sheila moved to Canada to be closer to their son, daughter and grandchildren. Dad had a number of passions, the one he enjoyed most was fishing, he loved catching catfish on the Red. A private family service will be held. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the St. Boniface General Hospital Research Foundation, 409 Tache Avenue, Winnipeg, MB R2H 2A6. Chapel Lawn 885-9715
